WhatsApp Business needed a site that could speak to enterprise decision-makers, not just small businesses. Working from our UX team’s low-fidelity wireframes, I helped create the final high-fidelity designs at desktop and mobile breakpoints using WhatsApp Business’s new design system. Where the system fell short, I adapted existing components and designed new ones that scale across the site.

Alongside the redesign, WhatsApp Business launched an ongoing blog program to help the site become more discoverable through search. To support the redesign, I designed a custom thumbnail for each article that reflected its topic, using the new design system so the blog felt like part of the new site. I built a template system so the thumbnails could keep pace with new articles every month
